Forbes has released their official list for the year's highest earning actors of 2017. Though equal pay in Hollywood has been a heating top in recent years, we still found out that 14 male actors edged out Emma Stone, who is the highest-paid actress in 2017. Click through to see who rule Hollywood.
Ruffalo made it onto this list thanks to his role as The Hulk in the Avengers movies. He is still going to appear in “Thor: Ragnarok”.

Chris Evans is a staple in the MCU, with his starring role in the “Guardians of the Galaxy” franchise. Although he made 35% less than last year, he still manages to make it onto the list.

Still another MCU veteran, Chris Evans made a staggering $18 million playing Captain America and is expected to earn an even bigger paycheck with his role in "Avengers:Infinity War."
Jeremy Renner made himself onto this list for the first time thanks to his role in "Arrival," which earned more than $200 million at the box office.

Although Matt didn't earn as much as he did last year ($55 million), he isn't on the come down by any means. He is expected to earn a huge paycheck with his upcoming film "Downsizing" which will be out in late December 2017.
With the huge success of "Deadpool" bringing in $783.1 million with a $58 million budget, “Deadpool 2” is sure to do well and Reynolds' paycheck is only going to get bigger.

The hit film "La La Land" helped Gosling to make it onto this list. He is also expected to make big bucks off the upcoming “Blade Runner" sequel.
Samuel L. Jackson had a quite a successful and wealthy year thanks to his roles in box-office hits, such as "Kong: Skull Island" and "The Legend of Tarzan".

Tom Hanks is not a stranger to this list. There are two recent films "Sully" and "The Circle", earning him a spot yet again.

Hemsworth had himself quite this year, earning 250% more than he did last year by starring roles as Thor in the Marvel movies.

Kumar may be unfamiliar to American audiences, but he has been working in Bollywood for about 25 full years now. Kumar had made four films, and some of the them are the highest grossing in Indian history.

Another Bollywood superstar, Khan has been one of the country's biggest stars for about three decades. He starred in "Tubelight," "Sultan" this year, bringing in the big bucks at the box office.

People don't call him the "King of Bollywood" for no reason. Khan starred roles in "Jab Harry met Sejal," "Raees," and "Tubelight", and other 80 Bollywood films. It's not surprising to see him onto this list.

Like Tom Hanks, Tom Cruise is another frequent flyer on this list by performing his own stunts and running away from explosions in film like Mission Impossible 6 and The Mummy.

Once Hollywood's highest earner being replaced by Mark Wahlberg, this Iron Man star still earning massive amount of cash as the sixth onto this list.

Though some may not realize it, Jackie Chan has never stopped making films, and he has just stopped making films in the United States. He is still the biggest star from China.

Sandler is making big money from his deal with Netflix. The streaming service extended that deal for an additional four films.

Wildly successful franchise "The Fast and the Furious" isn't the only project lining Vin Diesel's pocket. He also voice-acted in "Guardians of the Galaxy Vol. 2" and starred in "xXx: The Return of Xander Cage."

Top earner on Forbes' list last year, Johnson is still rolling the dough despite some box office disappointments, like "Baywatch." He still got his salary from the HBO hits "Ballers."
Wahlberg made more money than any actors in the world this year mainly from his two films "Daddy's Home" and "Transformers: The Last Knight." Besides, he earned some cash for appearing in his family's reality show "Wahlberg" and appearing in AT&T ads.
